SAWSTON THEATRE COMPANY (Dramawise)

(formally known as Sawston Juniors)

Sawston Theatre Company started as the Junior section of SAWSTON PLAYERS but have since become a separate amateur theatrical company for young people of seventeen and under. Close connections remain with Sawston Players and both companies share their leading director, Frances Brownlie, as well as Sound and Lighting resources. Performers in Sawston Theatre Company productions must be members of Dramawise, a club for 8 to 17 year olds where they meet to learn drama, singing and dancing. Dramawise meets once a week at Sawston Youth Centre, New Road, Sawston on Fridays between 4 and 7 pm.
